Return Window:
Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Condition Requirements:
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and free from any odor. All returns undergo a quality check. 24esque reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our quality standards.
Refunds:
All refunds are issued as a credit voucher. We cannot offer a credit voucher or exchanges after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty product, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at 8160530344 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this window will not be accepted.
Damage from Wash & Care:
If the item is damaged despite following our care instructions, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at 8160530344.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped. To cancel, contact us via the Contact Us page. You can either receive a credit voucher or select an alternative product. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
